College

We love college students, which is why we have lots of ways for you to connect in our church community. Love Jesus? Awesome! Not into the whole church thing? Cool, we still want to get to know you. Our hope is to help every student get into a transformative relationship with Jesus and to keep building a community of college-aged folk with real authentic relationships where we can have open conversation, encourage one another, wrestle with big questions, and have a ton of fun!

There are tons of ways to connect:
  • Check out a service on the weekend (we have campus pick up points at University of Michigan).
  • Join one of our life groups.
  • Meet other students at the Vineyard at Coffee Hour every third Sunday of the month.
  • Serve and help out with what we’ve got going on.

The Vineyard partners with InterVarsity campus ministries at University of Michigan, Eastern Michigan, and Washtenaw Community College.

EMU Intervarsity Black Campus Ministries (BCM)

EMU Black Campus Ministries longs to see the Black community on campus rooted and grounded in Christ through intimacy and relationship with Him, while also walking in the freedom and healing that comes with the truth and redemptive power of the Gospel. We are intentional about unifying and renewing the Black students on campus in their purposed identity that is found in Christ Himself and not the influences and/or experiences of the world we live in.

Visit the Black Campus Ministries website for more information about/getting involved with BCM: http://bcm.intervarsity.org and/or email LaGerrica Simmons to hear more about/get involved with Black Campus Ministries at EMU.
