CAMP CREATE

When: Monday, June 24 through Friday, June 28th, 9am – 12pm
Where: Vineyard Church of Ann Arbor

Save the dates for the week of June 24-28! Our annual day camp re- turns this summer for kids entering 1-5th grades. We’re looking for workshop teachers to lead a group in ANY kind of creative making. Past classes range from dance to robots to nature exploration. We’re also looking for “real live artists” to share their stories and creative processes with our young artists. YOUNG ADULT SUMMER BRUNCHES

When: Sunday, June 30, July 28, and August 25, after the second service (~1:15pm)

 Join fellow 20/30-somethings for brunch on May 26, June 30, July 28, and August 25, after the second service (~1:15 pm). The restaurant for brunch will be posted on the Vineyard Young Adult Facebook group <http://bit.ly/VineyardYA> before the date of the brunch. YOUTH POOL DAY

When: Sunday, June 30 after the 11:15am celebration
Where: Vineyard Church of Ann Arbor

Sunday, June 30, after youth group we will head to the Buhr Park pool for some fun. Bring $5, water to drink, sunscreen, and friends. Must have a permission slip unless parents are also coming.


 

CHURCH BBQ: 

When: Sunday, July 28 after the 11:15am celebration
Where: Vineyard Church of Ann Arbor

Our next church-wide BBQ will be Sunday, July 28, just after the second celebration! Join us for hot dogs, lemonade, a bounce house, conversation and connection, as we continue to enjoy summer together and welcome Pastor Vannae and her family to our church community.


 

HOPE CLINIC VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

Hope Clinic, one of our community partners in Ypsilanti, has shared some opportunities for us to contribute to their work providing cost-free medical care, food and more. You can help in the following ways: Transportation for medical supplies about once per month. Must be able to carry boxes up stairs and have a large car, Garden care in four vegetable garden boxes behind our building, Event planning team members for Evening of Hope in October, the clinic’s biggest annual fundraiser, Receiving Food Gatherers deliveries on Thursday mornings. This person would be responsible for sorting and refrigerating produce. Contact Community Engagement Director Billy Kangas to sign up <bkangas@thehopeclinic.org>.
